Modeling Human Behavior with Shannon Entropy in Young Women at Emergent Universities in Lima City: The Unbalance of Gender
In this paper we model through an Entropy-based scheme the behavior and social interaction of those vulnerable human groups composed by young people mainly composed by women in a private University located along the North area of Lima city. Basically, we apply the well-known relation as nLog(h(x,n)) where “x” a stochastic variable that measures the negative affective processes to a data. Once a multi-parametric survey is applied the emotional states such as anxiety, depress, anguish, as well as others relevant variables are quantified. Finally, a Monte Carlo algorithm was applied in order to quantify the women population that is potentially in risk of being under the threat of psychosocial events. The resulting statistics is in accordance with the Shannon prediction by a 10% of discrepancy due to statistics errors and the Alfa de Cronbach of the sample that turned out to be of order of 78%.
