摘要

对跟踪式聚光光伏(CPV)系统、多晶硅光伏(mc-Si)系统和CIGS光伏系统在2013年8月至2014年7月一年的数据期内的输出特性进行了分析。本研究利用平均光子能量(APE)和温度分析了环境因素对太阳能电池(Tcell)的影响。对14 kW CPV系统、50 kW多晶硅光伏系统和60 kW CIGS光伏系统的特性进行了评价和比较。结果表明,在室外环境最频繁的情况下,三种系统的CPV输出性能最高。
