摘要

癌症是世界上导致死亡的首要原因,纵观全球对癌症治疗的研究,人们对癌症有了更深入的了解,治疗方法也在不断突破。常规手术、化疗、放疗不良反应严重,患者生活质量无明显改善。目前,基于纳米技术和材料技术的光动力疗法、光热疗法和热力学疗法正在蓬勃发展,这些新型癌症疗法及其联合疗法的发展为癌症治疗带来了更多的可能性。本文从作用机制和治疗方法等方面综述了基于纳米和材料技术的新型肿瘤治疗方法的研究进展,希望为其临床应用提供参考。
