We performed a cross-sectional descriptive study, and data were collected from June 20 to July 4, 2022. A total 166 nurses participated in this study. As a result, the mean score of post-traumatic stress was 21.13±14.83, the mean score of resilience was 57.54±13.30, and the mean score of post-traumatic growth was 36.98±12.84. In this study, there was a significant correlation among post-traumatic growt, post-traumatic stress and resilience. Religion and resilience were factors influenced post-traumatic growth among nurses, and the explanatory power was 43.7% in the regression model. 摘要
