The result shows that digital holographic phase-contrast microscopy can be used to 3D imaging of microscopic phase object under marker-free condition and real-time quantitative measurement. 摘要

数字全息相衬显微术是数字全息术与显微术相结合的一种新型成像显微术。该方法具有无损、无创、定量分析等独特优点,可用于相位型物体的成像。本文采用透射实验装置对处于不同细胞分裂阶段的胃癌细胞进行了研究,获得了细胞的强度图像和相图。根据强度和相位图像计算细胞尺寸,分析细胞结构。结果表明,数字全息相衬显微镜可以在无标记条件下实现显微相物的三维成像和实时定量测量。该技术在生物医学应用方面具有很强的潜力。
