Russian Abstract: Работа посвящена изучению механизмов производства научного знания в современных университетах и других академических институциях. В частности, затрагиваются темы об отношениях между научной и преподавательской деятельностью в российских университетах, стратегиях и тактиках академического сообщества при выполнении исследовательских проектов. Отдельным предметом рассмотрения работы является изучение оценки заявок для получения гранта экспертами научных фондов.English Abstract: The preprint is devoted to the study of mechanisms of the production of scientific knowledge in modern universities and other academic institutions. In particular, it is focused on relationships between scientific and education activities in the contemporary Russian universities, on strategies and tactics of the academic community during the execution of research projects. Additionally, the preprint concerns the study of assessing applications for a grant by experts of the scientific funds.
