Ieskats Krimināllikuma Vispārīgās daļas attīstības procesā

The article provides an analysis of several amendments to Chapter II “Criminal Offences” of the General Part of the Criminal Law, which were introduced since its entry into force on 1 April 1999. The article shows the necessity, the process of formation, as well as substantiation of the legal norms, based on the psychological concept approach which is laid down in Section 8 paragraph two of the Criminal Law.
