The author analyzed the organizational and legal problems related to remote working policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2020-2021. The analysis concerned the study of international experience, Kazakhstan’s labour legislation that regulates issues in the area of remote working policy. The study revealed that the implementation of remote working could lead to long-term benefits for the Civil Service in the form of the quality of service and cost-effectiveness.
