The research sample consisted of 118 university students from different study fields of helping professions (M = 22.34; SD = 1.62). Females represented 89,8% of all respondents (M = 22.10; SD = 1.4), males represented 10.2% (M = 22.9; SD = 1.6). Slovak version of Short Dark Triad (Čopková & Šafár, in review) and Work Extrinsic and Intrinsic Motivation Scale (WEIMS) (Tremblay et al., 2009) were administred.
