The research methodology used is quantitative method. The population in this study was students of management study program at the Faculty of Economics, Batanghari University, who are consumers / users of Shopee with a total sample of 73 people. Simple regression analysis, correlation test, determination coefficient and pt t. test. Shopee Internasional Indonesia is a company engaged in the sale of products online. Shopee free shipping promotion variables with an average score of 295,7 are included in the good criteria. Student loyalty variables with an average score of 303,3 are included in the good criteria. The regression equation value is Y = 0.677 + 0.803X + e. The correlation coefficient value is 0.652. the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.426. Test t sig. <α (0.000 <0.05). 摘要
研究人员选择Shopee免运费的原因是因为Shopee提供了相当有利可图的促销活动,特别是对于喜欢在网上购物的学生,此外Shopee在电子商务应用程序中排名第一。本研究的目的是确定巴丹哈里大学经济学院的Shopee Management Loyalty study Program Free与学生忠诚度的提升,其次是确定巴丹哈里大学经济学院管理研究项目中Shopee Free Delivery Promotion对学生忠诚度的影响。研究方法采用定量方法。本研究的人口是巴丹哈里大学经济学院管理研究项目的学生,他们是Shopee的消费者/用户,总样本为73人。简单回归分析、相关检验、决定系数及pt检验。Shopee international Indonesia是一家从事在线销售产品的公司。Shopee免运费促销变量平均得分为297,7分,为良好标准。学生忠诚度变量平均得分为303,3分被纳入良好标准。回归方程值为Y = 0.677 + 0.803X + e,相关系数值为0.652。决定系数(R2)为0.426。检验t <α(0.000 <0.05)。希望Shopee始终关注在提供促销优惠时所使用的媒体,并更有说服力地说服消费者/顾客采取购物行动。
