Study on waterway traffic risk assessment and countermeasure in Guangxi Province
Scientific and objective evaluation of waterway traffic safety plays an important role in risk prevention and control. An international advanced concept of PSR (Pressure-State-Response) model is introduced in this paper. What's more, the waterway traffic safety risk assessment system in Guangxi area is constructed.
