Potatoes, the most consumed vegetable product in Romania, will show a decrease in both areas, by around 57% in 2021 compared to the reference year 2014, and total production by 60%. Calculating the Gini coefficient, it can be seen that in the case of imports, the degree of concentration is low, while in the case of exports, the degree of concentration is high.
