Suhadi","doi":"10.37887/jakk.v2i1.38115","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"Abstrak Latar Belakang: Penyebaran kasus COVID-19 yang terjadi secara cepat di berbagai negara menyebabkan WHO menetapkan status kesehatan dalam kondisi bahaya, sehingga pemerirntah mengeluarkan peraturan-peraturan dan keputusan-keputusan untuk mencegah penyebaran kasus COVID-19, dimana puskesmas menjadi garda terdepan untuk menanggulangi dan mencegah penyebaran kasus COVID-19. Hal tesebut mengakibatkan petugas puskesmas memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab tambahan saat bekerja selama pandemi COVID-19 yang akan mempengaruhi kinerja petugas puskesmas baik dari faktor beban kerja, stres kerja, kedisiplinan, serta penyediaan fasilitas pelayanan.Tujuan: Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja pelayanan petugas puskesmas di Kota Bau Bau selama pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2020.Metode: Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan Cross Sectional (potong lintang) dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling yang berjumlah 116 petugas kesehatan.Hasil: Uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kinerja pelayanan petugas puskesmas di Kota Bau Bau selama pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2020 didapatkan 79 responden (68.1%) mengalami kinerja yang baik, ditemukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara beban kerja (ƿ value = 0.325 ≥ 0,05) dan stres kerja (ƿ value = 0.525 ≥ 0,05), sebaliknya ada hubungan yang bermakna antara kedisiplinan (ƿ value = 0.015 < 0,05) dan fasilitas pelayanan (ƿ value = 0.048 < 0,05).Kesimpulan: Diharapkan kepala puskesmas dapat mengontrol dan meningkatkan kinerja petugas kesehatan selama COVID-19 agar senantiasa tetap memberikan pelayanan yang bermutu dan memuaskan bagi pasien.AbstractBackground: The rapid spread of COVID-19 cases in various countries has caused WHO to declare health status in danger, so the government has issued regulations and decisions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 cases, where health centers are at the forefront of tackling and spreading COVID-19 cases -19. This results in puskesmas officers having additional duties and responsibilities when working during the COVID-19 pandemic which will affect the performance of puskesmas officers both in terms of workload, work stress, discipline, and provision of service facilities.Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine factors related to the performance of public health center officers in Bau City during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.Methods: This research method uses a quantitative approach method with a Cross Sectional (cross-sectional) design using simple random sampling technique that is relevant to the 116 health workers. Statistical test using the Chi square test.Results: The results showed that the service performance of health center officers in Bau City during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 found 79 respondents (68.1%) experienced good performance, it was found that there was no relationship between workload (ƿ value = 0.325 ≥ 0.05) and work stress.
