Based on interpretations about linguistic attitudes and behaviors (MORENO FERNÁNDEZ, 1998; GROSJEAN, 2011; CALVET, 2002) of the extension team in a multilingual context, as language managers, through their written reports on the activities performed with the children, data analysis will bring directions on official and actual language policies (SPOLSKY, 2005, 2016; RAJAGOPALAN, 2011, 2013) at the University and a school in Paraguay.
