The higher the concentration of fermented cow urine given, the better the growth of sugarcane cuttings on the variable number of leaves, root length, fresh weight of roots, fresh weight of shoots, and dry weight of shoots. 摘要

芽片育苗技术是甘蔗常用的单芽育苗技术。本研究的目的是确定发酵牛尿浓度对甘蔗单芽扦插生长的影响。本研究采用随机区组设计试验(RAK), 5个重复,5个处理水平,即:P0 =不给予发酵牛尿浓度;P1 = 25%发酵牛尿浓度;P2 = 20%发酵牛尿浓度;P3=发酵牛尿浓度75%;P4 = 100%发酵牛尿浓度。用多项式正交试验检验数据。本研究结果表明,发酵牛尿浓度对甘蔗插条的生长有显著影响。发酵牛尿浓度越高,甘蔗扦插在变叶数、根长、根鲜重、芽鲜重和芽干重上的生长越好。然而,给予不同浓度的牛尿并不影响插枝发芽的可变百分比。
