摘要

铜箔绕组变压器因其体积小、重量轻、材料用量低而广泛应用于干式变压器。基于Halcon机器视觉软件,对量产的变压器铜箔绕组进行缺陷检测研究,通过对变压器铜箔绕组图像预处理、边缘去噪、特征提取和表面缺陷识别的算法设计,建立了变压器铜箔表面缺陷的机器视觉检测流程,搭建了成像系统和硬件平台,采集了多组铜箔图像。并对铜箔检测算法进行了测试,取得了良好的效果。
