In this paper to the dynamic,distributing and isomerism of grid resources a QoS-based dynamic grid resource allocation strategy is introduced, brings a grid-based resource reservation mechanisms forward,improved the reliability and accuracy of resources management. On this basis, dynamic adjust the QoS level of is very necessary,therefore,the adjustment mechanism of selective QoS is proposed.
