本文讨论了绩效管理系统(pms)开发的基本原则和一般方法。人们认为pms的发展应该依赖于某些原则,每一项原则都有详细的描述。最后,提出了PMS设计与开发规划的两级管理方法。顶层与整个项目管理系统相关,分为三个一般阶段:功能建模、动态建模和最终确定。
