Human resource management of a project implies actions to form and organize a project team and, accordingly, to manage it. The project team includes not just people, but specific players, each of whom is assigned a unique role along with the assigned responsibilities for completing the tasks of the project. For the project to be successful, it is important to constantly improve the staffing system for project activities. The study of the mechanisms for staffing project activities is a fairly developed topic, but in the conditions of the modern economy, when organizations are in constant search for new methods and tools to improve the efficiency of the organization, as well as in connection with the application of the project approach in the activities of commercial and public sector organizations, the relevance of the study this issue is undoubtedly high.
