The purpose of the article is to establish the basic competencies in the field of academic integrity that postgraduate students should possess. The main methods that were used in the research are analysis and synthesis, methods of comparative analysis, generalization, which made it possible to achieve the set goal. The methodological basis of the study was a survey of postgraduate students of Ukrainian universities. Based on the results of the literature review, the authors systematized the main forms of violations of academic integrity that graduate students may encounter during their studies. Based on the results of a survey of postgraduate students, the main issues of compliance with academic integrity were investigated: compliance with the code of academic integrity of the university; availability of persons responsible for familiarizing postgraduate students with issues of academic integrity; the main forms of violations of academic integrity that postgraduate students may encounter during their studies; the main decisions made as a result of the detection of cases of violation of academic integrity; core competencies that graduate students would like to possess to prevent academic integrity violations. 摘要

学术诚信在每个人的研究中都扮演着重要的角色,尤其是对于那些处于职业生涯早期的研究生来说。本文旨在建立研究生在学术诚信领域应具备的基本能力。研究中采用的主要方法有分析综合法、比较分析法、概括法等,使既定目标的实现成为可能。这项研究的方法基础是对乌克兰大学的研究生进行调查。在文献综述的基础上,对研究生在学习过程中可能遇到的违反学术诚信的主要形式进行了系统梳理。根据对研究生学术诚信的调查结果,调查了研究生遵守学术诚信的主要问题:遵守学校的学术诚信守则;是否有专人负责让研究生了解学术诚信问题;研究生在学习过程中可能遇到的违反学术诚信的主要形式;因发现违反学术诚信案件而作出的主要决定;研究生希望拥有的防止违反学术诚信的核心能力。提出了加强研究生学术诚信教育的主要措施。
