摘要

本研究问题的提法为:组织承诺、工作环境和工作满意度对丹中巴莱Dinas Perikanan Kota Tanjungbalai员工离职意向的影响是怎样的?本研究旨在探讨组织承诺、工作环境和工作满意度对员工离职意向的影响。采用全抽样技术,本研究的样本为41人。结果表明:组织承诺部分正向影响员工离职意向(3.882);工作环境对2988名员工离职意向有部分正向影响;工作满意度对员工离职意向有部分正向影响(2.646);组织承诺、工作环境和工作满意度同时对员工离职意向有显著的正向影响(24,881)。
