摘要

研究了局部注射利多卡因对犬胃运动功能的影响。1)当利多卡因注射到环绕器官的胃粘膜肌层时,蠕动没有跨越注射部位。注射部位近端肌电表现为放电间隔延长、振幅增大、反蠕动、幽门环收缩压力增大。在宏观上也可见到运动性亢进。2)在胃前半圈和后半圈注射利多卡因,结果相同。3)在胃中段左右(胃的1/2位)和胃与胃窦交界(胃的下1/3位)两个水平注射利多卡因完全环绕胃后,后者的放电间隔延长更为明显。
