摘要

本研究旨在探讨0.25、0.5和1 mg/gbw剂量的红火果皮乙醇提取物对子宫内膜异位症小鼠模型肉芽肿进展的影响。以雌性小鼠25只为样本,分为5组:1个阳性对照组,1个阴性对照组,3个治疗组。阳性对照组和治疗组均作为子宫内膜异位症模型,造模14 d。接下来的14天,对照组给予安慰剂,治疗组给予红火龙果皮乙醇提取物0.25、0.5和1 mg/g bw/d,剂量为0.2 mL/25 g bw/d。检查子宫内膜异位症病变。结果显示,对照组与治疗组在肉芽肿上有显著差异。结论红龙果皮乙醇提取物对子宫内膜异位症小鼠模型具有抑制以肉芽肿为标志的子宫内膜异位症进展作用。
