Tellu, Amran Rede","doi":"10.22487/j25490192.2022.v6.i1.pp11-20","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to describe the application of a problem-based learning model assisted by learning videos to improve science learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SDN 12 Palu. The method used is classroom action research which consists of 4 stages; planning, implementation, observation and reflection, with data collection techniques using evaluation tests and observation sheets. The research subjects totaled 24 students. The results showed an increase in the activity of students and teachers. Student activity shows the percentage score obtained in the first cycle of 67.5% in the sufficient category, in the second cycle shows a score percentage of 85% in the very good category. Teacher observation activities in cycle I showed a percentage score of 70% in the good category, in cycle II the percentage score was 90% in the very good category. In the results of the analysis of student evaluation tests in cycle I, the percentage of classical learning completeness was 58%, while in cycle II, the percentage of classical learning completeness was 83%.
