These forests are rich in fungal biodiversity. In these forest along with angiospermic flora many fungi also growing. In the present study total of 15 species belongs to 06 families collected from Karanja Sohol forest patches of Washim district. Out of the total 15 species 07 species have been collected from Pimpalgaon, Karanja Manora road Karanja Sohol wild life sanctuary, 08 species from Girda, Karanja Manora road Karanja Sohol wild life sanctuary.
