摘要

本研究分析基于伊斯兰价值观的人力资源管理在穆阿马拉帕洛波银行的意义。研究的类型是定性研究。根据研究结果,Muamalat Palopo银行基于伊斯兰价值观的人力资源管理隐含了伊斯兰价值观。它的应用是:a.通过考虑伊斯兰教选择的结果来进行招聘和选择;b.官员的发展始终由穆阿马拉银行管理层完成,并以培训/讲习班的形式实现;C.实行工作考核和人员补偿,通常以奖励的形式给予完成特定目标的人员,可提高人员的积极性;d.劳资关系由穆阿马拉中央银行直接管理。
