摘要

制造过程质量变化与产品可靠性的关系研究。分析了质量变异与制造系统部件性能之间的相互作用。基于制造过程产品可靠性的内涵,认识到产品可靠性退化的原因是质量变化,分别建立了产品可检测的关键特性偏差(KPC)和不可检测的隐含特性偏差(IPC)对产品可靠性的影响模型。结合KPC偏差和IPC偏差对产品可靠性的影响,建立了制造过程可靠性退化机理的数学模型。以某汽缸盖制造工艺为例,验证了该模型的适用性。
