This article presents the main epidemiological indicators characterizing the spread of COVID-19 in the Sofia City region: incidence, mortality, and case fatality rate. The age and monthly distribution of incidence and mortality, COVID-19-related admissions to healthcare facilities, and COVID-19 cases among healthcare professionals are described.
