摘要

本研究旨在以泗水土地事务所为研究对象,通过工作满意度研究工作压力、沟通、工作能力对员工绩效的影响。本研究的人口和样本是泗水第二土地局的雇员,多达100名受访者。本研究是一种解释性的、定量的研究方法。使用PLS vs .3.0的数据分析技术。研究结果显示,工作压力并没有直接影响泗水二世土地事务所员工的工作满意度。沟通直接影响泗水二地政局的工作满意度。工作能力直接影响到泗水二地政局的工作满意度。工作压力直接影响泗水第二土地事务所员工的工作表现。在泗水市土地办公室II,沟通直接影响员工的绩效。工作能力直接影响泗水第二城市土地办公室员工的绩效。工作满意度直接影响泗水第二土地事务所员工的绩效。泗水二市地政局二局的工作满意度显示,工作压力对员工绩效并无间接影响。泗水二市地政局之沟通透过工作满意度间接影响员工绩效。工作能力不通过工作满意度间接影响员工绩效。
