The author aims to characterize such a cultural phenomenon as dialogical ethics in the aspect of the formation of personal autonomy and self-development of the creative individual. With all the variety of possible definitions, dialogic ethics is interpreted as a revival at the conscious scientific level of Socrates’ maieutics; it teaches a person to pose questions and answer them, think critically, take individual responsibility for their own authenticity. Moral dialogue is interpreted as self-disclosure of personal autonomy in deep communication with people, as a process in which new meanings are generated and stable moral values are gradually crystallized and stable value orientations are formed in young people Dialogue ethics emphasizes the moments of creativity in ethics and in pedagogy.
