If certain conditions are satisfied, the proposed method will estimate required functional with less number of output samples than those of the previous work. Analysis are presented, if proposed functional observer is used to stabilize the plant by feedback the system. The proposed method is more practical and easy to implement as linear state feedback based controller is realized using output samples.
