Two NOMA caching strategies are developed, namely the push-then- deliver strategy and the push-and-deliver strategy, with the objective to improve the spectral efficiency of the two caching phases, content pushing and content delivery, compared to the conventional orthogonal multiple-access (OMA) based strategy.
