摘要

为了解决电磁加热器在恶劣工业环境下开关损耗大、谐振频率漂移大的问题,本文引入软开关技术,使IGBT工作在零电流导通、零电压关断的状态下,降低开关损耗,IGBT驱动器自动调节驱动频率,实现频率同步,适应谐振频率漂移,从而实现对电磁加热器的控制。提高了电磁加热器的适应性和热效率。
