摘要

新冠肺炎疫情已在全球蔓延,造成了巨大的经济社会损失。由于缺乏有效的药物,其控制已成为一项艰巨的任务。本研究通过分子对接的方法,研究了部分天然植物产物对人冠状病毒血凝素酯酶的影响。采用HEX 8.0.0软件对部分天然植物产物进行抗人冠状病毒血凝素酯酶(HE)的分子对接研究。结合自由能范围为-298.14 ~ -161,以姜黄素最高。结果表明,天然植物产物可以作为抗病毒药物,并有可能作为天然治疗剂。

Role of natural plant products against Hemagglutinin-esterase (HE) of human coronavirus
