This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of a literature study. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the application of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory can provide solutions to various obstacles found in the practice of online learning. The fulfillment of physiological needs, the need for security, the need for love and affection, the need for self-esteem, and the need for self-actualization will give students the confidence to keep their motivation in learning. Maintaining motivation which is the driving energy in learning provides space for teachers to be able to carry out learning according to planning so that learning outcomes become more optimal. 摘要

本研究旨在分析马斯洛需求层次理论在网络学习中的应用。本研究采用文献研究形式的定性方法和数据收集技术。根据分析结果发现,运用马斯洛需求层次理论可以为在线学习实践中遇到的各种障碍提供解决方案。生理需求、安全需求、爱与情感需求、自尊需求、自我实现需求的满足,会使学生有信心保持学习动机。保持学习动机是学习的动力,为教师有计划地进行学习提供了空间,使学习效果更加理想。通过这项研究,希望能够开始建立一个积极的范例,使在线学习能够有效和高效地进行,以便它不仅在Covid-19大流行期间成为实施学习的一种选择。关键词:在线学习,学习,动机,马斯洛理论。
