The convenience provided by the Internet, students can better adapt to different cultural environments. Therefore, based on information technology under the background of Internet +, the cultivation of intercultural communication ability by Chinese EFL learners will greatly influence the development of the world economy, boost the development of international politics and culture, and further promote the steady and long-term development of the world economy.
