This study aims to analyze the factors that increase the insight of national character education in elementary school teachers. This article uses a structured literature review method. This article results from literature research using a structured literature review method. Using primary documents from directory of open access journals indexed journals and writings published in quality books published by national publishers and international publishers. Analysis results show that there are 3 non-cognitive factors that can improve the insight of national character education in elementary school teachers, namely policy socialization, communication, and motivation. There are three indicators to determine the success of the policy socialization factor, namely human resources, learning resources, disposition of policy implementers. There are also three indicators in determining the success of the communication factor, namely Credibility, Capability, Clarity, Sympathy; Enthusiasm. In the motivation factor, there are also four indicators, namely attention, confidence, relevance, and satisfaction. The leaders can give appreciation to teachers who have practiced national character education.
