Quantitative evaluations of the experts’ competence should be conducted in various fields of activity in order to obtain relevant data. This study is devoted to the features of estimation of expert’s competence in the field of electrical engineering education. The obtained data have been processed by using universal statistical software. In the evaluation have been included lecturers and tutors in electrical engineering being with universities from Romania and Ukraine. For the quantitative evaluation of expert’s competence, special criteria with their numerical score have been developed.
