This method comprehensively considers the constraints of hydro-plants generation constraints, power balance, unit output, new energy output prediction, and can prepare unit combinations and output plans. In the objective function, new energy accommodation is given greater weight. This will implicitly achieve the goal of the first priority of accommodating new energy and the second priority of accommodating hydropower, which can reduce the start-stopping of thermal power units and is particularly suitable for power systems with high start-up costs and high operating costs of thermal power units. 摘要

随机波动的新能源加入电力系统,增加了常规机组的负荷。另一方面,部分常规机组被新能源机组取代,导致调峰能力下降。为了充分利用水电的蓄水量,提高系统的调峰能力,本文提出了一种基于新能源与水电协同运行的日前发电调度优化方法。该方法综合考虑了水电厂发电约束、功率平衡、机组出力、新能源出力预测等约束,可以编制机组组合和出力计划。在目标函数中,新能源调节被赋予了更大的权重。这就隐含地实现了优先容纳新能源、其次容纳水电的目标,可以减少火电机组的启停,特别适用于启动成本高、火电机组运行成本高的电力系统。算例结果表明,该方法能充分利用水电和新能源调节调峰负荷,既能促进新能源的调峰,保障电力安全,又能保证火电厂运行的稳定性,提高电力系统的经济效益。
