The population in this research were high school teachers in Riau Province. The research method used in this research was descriptive survey method and explanatory survey with a minimum sample size of 220 respondents, with the data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings of the research were the principal's leadership has a positive and significant effect on work motivation with a contribution (R2) of 56%, the principal's leadership and work motivation simultaneously or partially have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a contribution (R2) of 62%, leadership the principal directly or indirectly through work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a contribution (R2) of 49%. 摘要

本研究旨在证明并分析校长领导能力在工作动机的中介作用下对教师绩效的改善。本研究的研究对象为廖内省的高中教师。本研究采用的研究方法为描述性调查法和解释性调查法,最小样本量为220人,数据分析方法为结构方程模型(SEM)。研究发现,校长领导对教师工作动机有正向显著影响,贡献(R2)为56%;校长领导与工作动机同时或部分对教师绩效有正向显著影响,贡献(R2)为62%;校长领导直接或间接通过工作动机对教师绩效有正向显著影响,贡献(R2)为49%。本研究还发现,部分主导的工作动机影响教师绩效,是校长领导对教师绩效影响的部分中介变量。
