Mixed method was used in this research with data collected from staff in Hochiminh city. Innovation climate and autonomy have positive impacts on employees’ creativity. In theory, this research contributes to strengthen the judgments about the impacts of organizational environment on creative behaviors of staff. 摘要

在全球竞争的时代,员工的创造力是提高企业竞争优势的重要因素。本研究考察了创新氛围和创新自主性对员工创造力的影响。此外,作者还考察了“心理资本”和“工作复杂性”两个因素对研究模型中关系的调节作用。本研究采用混合方法,数据收集自胡志明市的工作人员。创新氛围和自主性对员工创造力有正向影响。从理论上讲,本研究有助于加强对组织环境对员工创造行为影响的判断。在实践中,企业应该营造一种创造性的氛围,给予员工更多的自主权,让员工在工作中有更多的创造性行为。
