摘要

观察到乌克兰电力系统中增加对储能系统集成需求的趋势。输配电系统操作员之间的界面存在模式交互的及时验证问题。本文提出了一种配电系统运营商基于储能功率控制的线路容量管理方法。为此,提出了配电网蓄电系统的选址方法。这使得在紧急情况下调节有功潮流,保证电力系统的动态稳定成为可能。仿真结果表明,该方法可以提高供电系统的技术经济性能。

Analysis of Prospects for Electrical Energy Storage Application in Power Supply Systems of Ukraine
