The structure that is proposed in this paper consists of an optimized half ellipse with a circular slot on the top side and a partial rectangular ground plane at the bottom side. The Partial ground plane as a defected ground plane structure has been introduced in order to improve the bandwidth. The simulation has been carried out in ANSYS HFSS V13.0 with FR4 substrate (€r=4.4) of thickness 1.6mm. 摘要
