高职院校生源多元化,学生的学习能力和知识水平参差不齐,导致按照统一的教学模式和教学标准组织教学活动效果不佳。本文通过在西安航空职业技术学院的试点研究,探索了基于职业岗位能力培养的分层教学体系,旨在为相关专业和兄弟院校的教学模式改革和分层教学研究提供参考。
