As medium between electrodes of condenser structure it is used nanoporous silicon dioxide. At filling nanoporous dielectric the liquid essentially changes effective dielectric permeability of all structure. The analysis of dependence of effective capacity of structure from dielectric permeability of the liquid filling a porous layer, gives the chance to define liquid type. 摘要

本工作的目的是利用电容光谱法进行和研究脱氧核糖核酸(PCR)的聚合酶链反应。利用纳米多孔绝缘体电容传感器对聚合物酶链反应进行研究,测量液体的介电渗透率。电容器结构的电极间介质采用纳米多孔二氧化硅。在填充纳米多孔介质时,液体实质上改变了所有结构的有效介电渗透率。通过分析结构的有效容量与填充多孔层的液体的介电渗透率的关系,给出了确定液体类型的机会。在给定的工作阶段,已研制出基于纳米多孔介质测量液体介电渗透率的电容式量规,消除了对各种液体和生物溶液的电容依赖性,找出了电容值的本质区别。
