摘要

本文结合岭南地区气候适应性,对广州环球山庄既有建筑进行绿色智能化改造。然后,对原建筑的地理环境、建筑结构、室内风环境等因素进行分析,并结合岭南地区的气候特点,从建筑空间改造、节能与可再生能源利用、节水与合理利用水资源、生物环境小气候四个方面对建筑的绿色智能化改造进行研究。最后,本文试图提出岭南地区既有建筑绿色改造的方法和策略,为夏长冬暖的岭南地区既有建筑绿色改造提供有益的参考和思路。
