Therefore, in the era of information technology and FinTech, it is important to have the ability of IT leveraging competence. In terms of life insurance salespersons, in addition to the necessary IT leveraging competence, they should also exert their workforce agility, constantly absorb professional knowledge, innovate their thinking, and respond to changes in the environment. The current study aimed at investigating the mediated effect of workforce agility on the relationships of IT leveraging competence and entrepreneurship. In this study, methods used questionnaires, a total 250 questionnaires were administered in customers in insurences in Taiwan. Out of these 50 questionnaires, 200 responses were valid questionnaires. Data had been analyzed using descriptive analysis and structural equation model. Data had been analyzed using descriptive analysis and structural equation model. Finding that the completed mediated effect of workforce agility on the relationships of IT leveraging competence and entrepreneurship.
