本文在相关概念和理论的基础上，运用文本分析法，对数百篇与高校科技成果转化绩效评价研究现状相关的有效文献中提及的各项评价指标的重要程度进行统计和总结。然后结合论文的研究主题，确定高校科技成果转化的评价指标，构建评价指标体系。试图分析绩效低下的原因并提出建议，以提高高校科技成果的转化。
