ChildProgramming process: A software development model for kids
Software engineering requires about new ways to produce software in such a way that the quality of products and the equipment productivity could increase. Considering the software industry changes dramatically from generation to generation, and in order to achieve the most useful results for today's software industry, this research explores how potential and future software engineers now school-age children, work as a team to achieve production targets of quality software. Based on these findings a set of practices were drawn, sketched and articulated in the ChildProgramming process. The results of applying this development process show that this process increases the quality of the products and the effectiveness of the equipment. The case study was used as a research method for both, the extraction of the practices and for the final evaluation.
