研究了氯胺酮对豚鼠外周血粒细胞溶酶体酶活性的影响。氯胺酮分为单次肌注、分次肌注和长期(重复)给药14 d。测定用血取自心脏,溶酶体采用Chodirker法测定标记酶:酸性磷酸酶、酸性蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶的活性。各组溶酶体酶活性差异无统计学意义。所获得的结果指出氯胺酮在与生物体中显著分解代谢变化相关的严重条件下的有用性。
